Job Description
Preschool Teacher - St. Joseph Early Education Center is looking for caring, passionate, and dedicated teachers to join our preschool team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with early childhood, have an understanding of child development, and strive to support and model our Catholic faith within the classroom. •Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood standards
•Integrate Catholic values and teachings into daily instruction and classroom culture
•Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
•Support students' spiritual growth through prayer, religious activities, and participation in school liturgies
•Assess student progress and maintain accurate records
•Communicate regularly and professionally with parents and guardians
•Collaborate with faculty and administration to support school mission and goals
•Maintain compliance with licensing and diocesan policies
