The Teacher's Aide is hired by, supervised by, and directly accountable to the Principal.QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Community of Faith
• Uphold the teachings of the Catholic Church
• Assist teacher in supervision of the children
• Assist the teacher with lunch duties and other activities
• Administer evaluative tools
• Provide for individual differences
• Maintain a classroom climate conducive to learning
• Work with small groups for reinforcement of skills
• Help prepare classroom materials
