Job Description

Catholic Charities of East Tennessee (CCETN) is inviting compassionate, dependable volunteers to support its Mobile Ultrasound Clinic, a vital outreach program serving underserved rural communities across the region. This clinic brings free pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, and prenatal care directly to individuals who may otherwise face barriers to accessing these services.

Volunteers play a key role in ensuring each clinic day runs smoothly and respectfully. Opportunities are available for drivers to help transport the mobile unit, security volunteers to maintain a safe and welcoming environment, intake specialists to assist with client registration and basic information gathering, and chaperones to support clients throughout their visit.

By volunteering, you help extend quality, dignified care to families in need, strengthen community trust, and support life affirming healthcare services where they are needed most. Your time and presence can make a meaningful difference in the health and well-being of rural communities.

About the Employer

WHO WE ARE: A coalition of service driven community centered programs empowered by the grace of Jesus Christ. We help foster human dignity of the vulnerable in our region through shelter, counseling, education, advocacy, and reverence for life.

WHAT WE DO: CCETN provides services to anyone with demonstrated need, regardless of race, income or religion; we estimate that fewer than 5% of all clients served are Catholic. We welcome opportunities to work collaboratively with other community resources to serve those in need.

WHAT WE BELIEVE: Following the example of service Christ lived on Earth, we promise to be good stewards of the resources entrusted to us. We are guided by the principles of Catholic Teaching including reverence for all life, compassion, and integrity for all people.
