Job Description

The Tuition Manager plays a critical role in the financial operations of RCA by managing the tuition process for enrolled families across all centers. This position requires a high level of organization, confidentiality, and communication, ensuring that tuition collection, payment plans, tuition assistance processing, and reporting are handled with professionalism and in alignment with RCA's mission and values.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Tuition Management

Oversee the setup and maintenance of tuition accounts for enrolled families.

Identify, research, and set up educational choice programs that align with RCA mission and standards

Coordinate with families to establish tuition payment plans, including applying state payments and other scholarships.

Monitor tuition payments, follow up on delinquencies, and communicate respectfully with families regarding outstanding balances.

Generate and send invoices, statements, and receipts as needed.

Tuition Assistance Coordination

Manage the tuition assistance application process.

Communicate decisions to families and apply adjustments to accounts as approved.

Reporting and Compliance

Maintain accurate financial records and reports related to tuition, discounts, and aid.

Prepare regular reports for RCA leadership on tuition revenue and outstanding balances.

Ensure compliance with all internal policies.

Collaboration and Communication

Serve as a liaison between RCA administration and families regarding tuition-related matters.

Respond to inquiries from families in a timely, compassionate, and professional manner.

Work closely with the Enrollment Manager to ensure that all enrollment-related data is accurately tracked and recorded

Work closely with Human Resources to ensure all staff tuition discounts are applied correctly

Process Improvement

Evaluate and recommend improvements to tuition collection and tuition assistance processes.

Assist in utilizing FACTS effectively and maintaining data integrity.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Bachelor's degree in education, accounting, or finance field preferred
Experience in enrollment and tuition management, preferably in a homeschool or educational setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with families and colleagues
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and general data analysis
Proficiency or experience in FACTS Finance Tuition Manager and FACTS SIS preferred
Applicants must be able to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church and have a deep love for the Catholic faith. Curriculum and grading guidelines are provided. Tutors are trained to provide instruction and classroom management according to RCA standards. The ideal applicant will have strong communication skills, good organization, timeliness, a traditional view of the student/teacher relationship, and must be living the Catholic faith day-to-day, including having received all the sacraments appropriate to his or her state in life.
