Are you a mission-driven, creative communicator who is passionate about Catholic education?
St. John the Baptist Diocesan High School is seeking an Assistant Director of Communication and Alumni Engagement to join our administrative team. This pivotal role drives our school's narrative, strengthens our Catholic mission, and fosters lifelong connections with our alumni community.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Social Media & PR: Managing all official SJB social media accounts, developing a comprehensive content calendar, and generating compelling content (video, photo, graphics).
• Alumni Engagement: Serving as the primary contact for alumni, coordinating reunion support (using Raiser's Edge), publishing the quarterly Alumni/Development Newsletter, and planning events like the Annual Alumni Memorial Mass.
• Content Creation: Designing high-quality print and digital collateral for all departments (Admissions, Athletics, Development) using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Mission Integration: Ensuring all external and internal communications reflect the core values and Catholic Identity of SJB.
Qualifications:
• Required: A practicing Catholic with a strong, demonstrated commitment to the mission of Catholic education.
• Proven experience in communications, graphic design, and social media management.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Experience with CRM software (Raiser's Edge preferred).
Compensation & Application:
• Salary Range: $67,000 - $70,000
