The Opportunity
The next Principal of Saint Hilary School will serve as its instructional, spiritual, and operational leader-advancing Catholic identity, fostering a culture of joy and belonging, and strengthening the school's tradition of academic excellence. Working closely with the Pastor, faculty, staff, and families, the Principal will guide students' spiritual and intellectual growth while stewarding the school's resources and future.

The ideal candidate will be a practicing Catholic who joyfully lives and models the faith, bringing a deep commitment to Catholic education and the mission of Saint Hilary School. This leader will be an experienced academic administrator with strong skills in curriculum, instruction, and assessment. A relational and collaborative communicator, the next Principal will inspire trust, build community, and partner closely with the Pastor and Parish. The Principal will bring to bear the school's Christian Code of Conduct for all members of the Saint Hilary community.

With sound judgment, strategic thinking, and operational expertise, the ideal candidate will ensure that Saint Hilary School continues to thrive, spiritually, academically, and institutionally, while cultivating a safe, nurturing environment rooted in Gospel values.
