About Catholic Memorial High School
Catholic Memorial High School in Waukesha, WI is seeking its next President beginning in early 2027. Catholic Memorial High School was founded by the parishioners of St. Joseph Parish in 1949. The school stands as a living memorial to 29 young men who gave their lives for their country.

CMH is an International Baccalaureate World School also offering Advance Placement courses as well. CMH is a college preparatory high school recognized for providing an outstanding and inspiring student experience that is rooted in the Catholic faith, emphasizing high academic rigor matched by high student support. Recent recognition includes Exemplary Recognition for Academic Excellence from the Archdiocese of Milwaukee and a Project Lead The Way Distinguished school for nine consecutive years for STEM curriculum. About the President Role
The President serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of Catholic Memorial High School of Waukesha, Inc (CMH).

The President is the leader of the school brand grounded in the Catholic identity of CMH. The President is directly accountable for the business and financial affairs of CMH including strategic planning and execution, fundraising, prospective and current parent engagement, advocacy and community relations. The President is accountable to the school's Board of Directors, who act on behalf of the Archbishop of Milwaukee in matters pertaining to the school. The President oversees a senior leadership team and others who shall assist in the successful operations of the school. The ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities is required for this role.

The President shall hire the Senior Leadership Team members. The Senior Leadership Team shall be accountable to the President and, through the President to the Board of Directors, to develop and execute the strategic plan.
