Vice President of Enrollment ManagementApplication Submission Deadline: July 18, 2025

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The CBA President leads an Executive Team comprising the Principal, the Vice President for Advancement, the Vice President for Mission, the Vice President for Enrollment Management, and the Vice President for Finance and Operations.
Christian Brothers Academy (CBA) in Syracuse, NY, seeks a mission-driven, strategic, and collaborative leader to serve as the Vice President of Enrollment Management. This senior administrative role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, mission-aligned admissions and enrollment strategy that attracts, enrolls, and retains a diverse and talented student body.
Serving as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and a liaison to the Board of Trustees Enrollment Management Committee, the Vice President provides visionary leadership to the Admissions Office, oversees financial aid strategy, and partners closely with academic and administrative departments to support student retention and institutional growth.
Strategic Enrollment Management
-Develop and implement a multi-year strategic plan for enrollment, recruitment, and retention aligned with the mission and values of CBA.
-Lead and manage all phases of the admissions funnel including inquiry, application, decision, and enrollment processes.
-Utilize enrollment data and market research to inform strategic decisions and long-term planning.
-Collaborate with the President and Finance Office to align tuition pricing, financial aid strategy, and budget projections.
Admissions Leadership
-Direct and oversee the daily operations of the Admissions Office, including the leadership and professional development of any admissions team members.
-Chair the Admissions Committee and make final recommendations for admissions decisions to the school President.
-Design and oversee a comprehensive calendar of recruitment events such as open houses, information sessions, school visits, and the shadowing program.
-Build strong relationships with prospective families, feeder school personnel, community partners, and alumni.
Marketing, Communications, and Public Relations
-Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to craft compelling, brand-aligned messaging for print, web, social media, and outreach materials.
-Serve as a public ambassador for CBA at both on- and off-campus events.
-Conduct engaging presentations, campus tours, and personalized communications with prospective students and their families.
Financial Aid and Affordability
-Collaborate with the Vice President of Finance to create strategic financial aid and scholarship guidelines that align with the Lasallian mission and support enrollment management goals.
-Guide prospective families through the financial aid process to ensure clarity and access.
Student Retention and Institutional Support
-Partner with academic leadership, student services, and faculty to support student satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
-Maintain visibility on campus and foster strong relationships with current students and families to support a culture of belonging and support.
-Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
TRAITS AND CHARACTERISTICS
The successful candidate for the Vice President of Enrollment Management of Christian Brothers Academy will be an individual who possesses these essential and preferred qualities; at a minimum:
Essential:
-Knowledge and appreciation for Catholic schools
-Ability to establish and develop strong working relationships with fellow school leaders
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred:
-Experience working in a school
-Experience working in a Catholic school
-Experience working in a Lasallian school
EDUCATION AND CAREER PATH LEADING TO THIS POSITION
-Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in education, business, or related field preferred.
-5+ years experience in enrollment management, admissions, or a related field.
-Strong interpersonal, public speaking, and leadership skills.
-Deep commitment to Lasallian Catholic education and the mission of Christian Brothers Academy.
WORKING CONDITIONS
-Full time, 12 month position
-40-50 hour work week
-Evening and weekend availability required for events and outreach
GENERAL INFORMATION
Start Date: Assume responsibilities August 2025
Salary/Benefits: Salary range of $58,000 to $68,000 based upon experience with competitive benefits, including tuition benefit; competitive retirement benefits.
