Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., evening and weekend hours required

POSITION SUMMARY
The Assistant Director of Graduate and Online Recruitment will recruit and enroll new graduate and online students, each term, to meet the enrollment goal. Will assist the Director of Graduate and Online in added administrative responsibilities, specifically training staff and managing daily procedures and functions for maximum efficiency.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage the graduate and on-line admissions funnels, working with staff to recruit and enroll students to a variety of programs for enrollment starts in summer, fall or spring.
2. Work with enrollment operations to provide ongoing updates on enrollment targets and goals.
3. Provide administrative representation and assistance to the Director with strategic planning and execution of those plans.
4. Provide support by assisting with the creation of marketing materials. Develop relationships with areas of enrollment, faculty, and other University staff.
5. Supervision and coordination of SWOP and Graduate Assistant positions within graduate and on-line recruitment.
6. Gather, interpret, and apply funnel data to offer support and provide accountability.

REQUIREMENTS
Must understand, support, and embrace the mission of Franciscan University of Steubenville and possess the following:

Technical Skills
• MS Office experience (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• CRM experience preferred (Salesforce, Slate)
• High Sales Achievement Predictor Score preferred

• Customer Service Focused - Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. Displays a sense of urgency and responsiveness to customers' needs, inquiries, and requests.

Education & Experience
• BA or BS required
• 3-5 years in leadership/management role in higher ed or other area leading people, teams and projects
• Sales experience preferred

Workplace Factors
• Occasional travel to recruitment events and conferences throughout the year.
• Occasional weekend and evening work for specific events.
