Role Description

In this full-time hybrid role, the Finance Specialist will be responsible for month end and year-end financial statement preparation for clients, analyzing and interpreting financial data, and development of operating budgets to provide financial guidance to clients. This role will work collaboratively with clients to build positive relationships and support. The Finance Specialist will be located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area but will have some flexibility for remote work. This role will support the non-profit religious clients.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in finance and accounting
• Proven ability to create and interpret financial statements
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting programs preferred
• Experience with Excel is required
