APPLY NOW: https://catholicvote.org/jobsYOUR ROLE: The Director of Monthly Giving is a key role on our development/fundraising team, reporting to the VP of Development. The Director of Monthly Giving will lead the strategy, growth, and execution of CatholicVote's monthly donor base, the Champions Club, a critical pillar of CatholicVote's long-term sustainability and mission impact.
The Director of Monthly Giving must enjoy engaging directly with our supporters and helping them appreciate and fund the mission of CatholicVote through both interpersonal and digital encounters. As the program grows, the Director will build and manage a small team dedicated to Champions Club donor engagement and growth.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Build and scale CatholicVote's monthly giving program (Champions Club)
- Develop strategies to convert CatholicVote supporters - particularly LOOP subscribers - into monthly donors
- Plan and execute quarterly fundraising campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
- Cultivate and thank new Champions Club members through personal outreach
- Segment donor audiences and test messaging to improve conversion and retention rates.
- Analyze campaign performance and donor engagement metrics to optimize fundraising results
- Track all of activity in our HubSpot CRM
- Manage staff as the Champions Club team expands
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Passion for furthering the mission and vision of CatholicVote
- Experience growing donor programs, membership programs, or recurring revenue
- Proficiency using Hubspot or comparable CRM and email marketing platforms
- Comfort analyzing performance metrics and improving conversion outcomes
- Ability to influence and persuade others
- Tech savvy and comfortable working in a digital-first environment
- Excellent written communication skills
- Confidence and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback
- Experience in fundraising, donor development, or sales strongly preferred
LOCATION: This position is remote.
PHYSICAL JOB CONDITIONS: Work may be performed seated for long periods of time with close PC and keyboard work. Normal office environment and noise levels. Average lift less than 10 lbs.
