Job Description

High School Fine Arts Teacher

Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate High School Fine Arts Teacher for a growing Catholic school in Fredericksburg, VA. College degree and some experience teaching high school is preferred. Must be qualified or working towards licensure to teach. would need to teach high school courses such as: Studio Art and Theatre. This position would ideally be part-time meaning the teacher is not required to be at school every day from 8am - 3pm.

Duties:
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans in Studio Art and Theatre
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
- Put on a school play once a year
- Provide individualized attention to students to support their academic growth

Skills:
-Passion for fine arts
-Experience in teaching at the high school level
-Ability to adapt lessons geared towards small class sizes
