We're looking for a proactive, mission-driven leader to serve as Executive Initiatives Manager for our Executive Vice President (EVP). This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives behind the scenes but leads boldly - someone who can drive clarity, coordination, and accountability across the EVP's team.

You'll be the operational engine that keeps the EVP's office - and her priorities - moving forward. Acting as an integrator, your focus will be on supporting the EVP's direct reports, translating vision into execution, and keeping key initiatives on track. You'll need to be scrappy, ambitious, sacrificial, and a true team player - ready to do what it takes to move the mission forward.

This is a high-trust role that requires exceptional judgment, initiative, and the ability to work independently while keeping others aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the right hand to the EVP, helping to align priorities, triage decisions, and manage time, energy, and focus.
Own the cadence of leadership execution - plan agendas, drive follow-through, and ensure accountability for internal meetings, leadership summits, and board prep.
Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects, working directly with EVP direct reports to keep teams aligned and focused.
Keep the trains running - monitor progress on organizational priorities, identify blockers, and proactively offer solutions.
Serve as a strategic liaison across departments and partners, ensuring communication is crisp, decisions are tracked, and next steps are clear.
Create clarity and structure - improve internal workflows, simplify processes, and help teams operate more effectively.
Prepare high-quality materials - including briefings, memos, board decks, and reports - with speed, clarity, and professionalism.
Own the operational details - track budgets, timelines, and data tied to EVP initiatives, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Protect the EVP's time and attention - surface what matters most and filter out the noise.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and be a culture-bearer for trust, collaboration, and excellence.
Requirements
Who You Are:

Integration mindset - You thrive on turning ideas into action and bringing structure to complexity.
Proactive problem-solver - You don't wait to be told; you anticipate needs and take initiative.
Team-oriented operator - You love making others better, not being in the spotlight yourself.
Driven and sacrificial - You're not above any task and you'll hustle when the mission matters.
Mission-aligned and emotionally intelligent - You bring both heart and rigor to your work.
Exceptionally organized - You track the details without losing the big picture.
Strong communicator - Whether drafting a board memo or leading a cross-functional check-in, you're clear, concise, and effective.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in operations, chief-of-staff work, or high-level administration within a political campaign or mission-driven organization - and who wants to be deeply embedded in the execution of strategy and leadership.

SBA Pro-Life America offers a comprehensive benefit portfolio including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K plan with employer match, life insurance policy, short-term and long-term disability coverage, free onsite parking, paid holidays, and paid time off.
