Job Description

Her Pregnancy and Life Assistance Network (Her PLAN) is a project of the Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America Education Fund designed to identify and support organizations that assist pregnant or parenting women who may consider abortion due to lack of support or resources. The project works with assistance providers across seven categories of care to strengthen the safety net of support for women and families.

Directory Recruiter will work with their team to build a state directory of resources that support moms and babies and helps them find and access comprehensive medical, social, and material support. Recruiters will research service providers to gather information on the types of resources and services they provide to woman and children in the community with an eye to confirming their life-affirming missions and recruit providers to join the Directory. This is a full time, in-office position in Shirlington, VA.

Thorough research to find traditional and nontraditional providers throughout the state will be a primary focus of the work.
Recruit providers to join the directory, in coordination with the State Coordinator to assure that most needed organizations are listed.
Communicate with service providers through emails and phone calls to secure an enrollment, then gather information including licenses/credentials, services administered, and costs associated with services.
Verify information and ensure accurate and complete entry into database systems using processes and compliance procedures required of all Directory Recruiters.
