Job Description

Regina Academy at Saint John the Baptist (RASJB)-the only independent Catholic classical academy serving grades Pre-K-8 in Upper Bucks County, Pennsylvania-is seeking a new Head of School.

RASJB builds on the legacy of a parish school that first opened in 1784. Facing the possibility of closure, the parish school at Saint John the Baptist was reborn in 2014 as the fourth Regina Academy, a network of private Catholic classical academies in the Philadelphia region.

Rooted in the Catholic intellectual tradition and the sacramental life, RASJB embraces Truth and Excellence, with a commitment to Faith, Family, and Freedom-where each person's only identity is as a child of God and their purpose is to know, love, and serve the Lord.

The Academy helps develop the spiritual, moral, and intellectual foundations of our students, preparing them to become virtuous and productive citizens committed to faith, leadership, and community. Our students graduate confident that their lives have meaning and purpose, able to "give reason for the hope that is in them" and prepared to be leaders in both the Church and society.

The new Head of School will be expected to serve as both the academic and spiritual leader of the Academy. In partnership with the teaching staff, the Head of School will inspire each child to discover and become who God created them to be.

If you desire to be part of a joyful community of like-minded families and staff-living the Faith daily and offering a rich academic life to students-we invite you to apply.

Applicants should have experience as an administrator in a classical school. All administration, faculty, and staff of the Regina Academies are required to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium of the Roman Catholic Church each year.

If you are interested in this exciting opportunity to form children intellectually and spiritually in the Catholic liberal arts tradition-and to help shape the future of Catholic education in the Philadelphia region-please email your resume to Brian Dulin, President of RASJB, at bdulin@rasjb.org. A more detailed job description will be provided upon request.
