Job Description

Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan
Role Type: Full-time, Institutional Leadership & Operational Excellence
Reports to: Board of Trustees

Role Summary:
The Academy seeks a high-charity, high-accountability executive leader to serve as the "Master Architect" of our overall missional effectiveness and internal operations. In our "Two-Key" leadership model, while the mission and intellectual depth are championed by the CSMO, the CEO is responsible for the living reality and overall effectiveness of that mission. You will build the systems, mentor the staff, and ensure the institution is financially and operationally on mission.

Core Responsibilities:
- People & Culture: Serve as the "Leader of Leaders," recruiting and mentoring faculty and staff.
- Organizational Architecture: Design and maintain systems for programs, outreach, and operations.
- Institutional Advancement: Partner with the founders, the board, and leadership team on fundraising, strategic growth, and mission effectiveness.
- Operational Stewardship: Oversee communication rhythms, facilities, and legal compliance.
