Job Description
The Director of Ministry & Outreach serves as a mission-driven leader of Saint Thomas More (STM), leading the vision of fostering a vibrant, welcoming, and engaged parish community focusing on connecting people to Christ through meaningful relationships, ministry involvement, and outreach initiatives. The director ensures that every person, from first-time visitors to long-time parishioners, has a clear pathway to encounter Christ, build relationships, and live out their faith through service at STM. The salary range for this full-time position is $55k to $65k, commensurate with experience & ability. Benefits include health, dental, vision and a 401k retirement plan.
