Job Description
Position: Content ManagerStatus: Part-Time
Location: Remote
Objectives:
Support Content Team and through that team, local teams, across the nation to create, facilitate
and cultivate faith-filled, family friendly content month after month
Assist teams with best practices to ensure parishes and communities are able to share their
content in a clear and professional manner
Ensure an excellent product that will engage readers and in turn have client advertisements seen
Responsibilities:
Monitor ContentHelp inbox and answer questions as needed
Review and process any forwarded releases daily
Record any unique content types requests from teams
Write any required fillers not completed by the IC Content Development team
Proof all monthly filler articles
Compile all fillers into the All Complete File (ACF) and send to design
Review final designed fillers
Share final designed articles with all contributors for final approval
Create/delete email addresses for new Content Facilitators
Administrative tasks for onboarding new Content Facilitators
Deactivate CFs in Back Office as needed
Keep Content Department records up to date
Attend home office staff call at 9:00am CST on Thursday
Attend production team call at 10:00am CST every other Tuesday
Other duties as assigned
Performance Expectations:
Clearly communicate content and production expectations
Guarantee Content Team's timely response and support to the field
Have a professional attitude when working with all aspects of the business including design team,
sales team and operations team
Time/Volume Expectations:
Monitoring contenthelp inbox: approx. 2-3 hours per day
Filler Process: approx. 8 hours a month
Review Forwarded Releases: 30-60 min per day
Meetings: 6 hours per month
