Job Description

4TH GRADE TEACHER
Royalmont Academy | Mason, Ohio | Full-Time

Help Form the Next Generation of Christian Leaders

Most schools focus on preparing students for college.

At Royalmont Academy, we focus on preparing students for life, leadership, and sainthood.

Our mission is to bring souls to Christ by forming Christian leaders. Every lesson, conversation, challenge, and success is an opportunity to help students discover who God created them to be and how He is calling them to transform the world.

We are seeking a joyful, mission-driven Fourth Grade Teacher who desires to make a lasting impact on the lives of students and families through authentic Catholic education.

Why Royalmont Academy?

Royalmont Academy is a Regnum Christi Catholic school serving Preschool through Grade 12 in Mason, Ohio.

Through our program of Integral Formation, we partner with parents to develop the whole child:

Soul through Spiritual Formation
Mind through Intellectual Formation
Will through Human Formation
Heart through Apostolic Formation

Our students are challenged to become young men and women who:

Proclaim the Gospel in word and action
Serve the Church with conviction and joy
Lead with courage, competence, and character
Transform culture through Christian leadership

Unlike many schools, leadership formation is intentionally woven throughout a student's educational experience through academics, virtue development, public speaking, apostolic service, retreats, athletics, mentoring, and real-world leadership opportunities.

At Royalmont, teachers are not simply instructors. They are mentors, role models, and missionaries helping students discover God's plan for their lives.

What Makes Royalmont Different?
-Small class sizes that allow teachers to truly know their students
-Strong Catholic identity rooted in the Regnum Christi charism
-Supportive administration that values teacher growth and development
-Collaborative faculty culture
-Beautiful and continually improving campus
-Strong parent partnership
-Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications
-95% employer-paid health insurance
-401(k) matching program
-Professional development opportunities
-A growing school with a clear vision and mission

Whether you are an experienced educator or a recent graduate seeking to live your faith through your profession, we encourage you to apply.
