Job Description
Saint Benedict Academy seeks full-time third grade teacher to join our amazing team of educators for the 2025-2026 School Year. The ideal applicants will possess a strong background in elementary or early childhood education and the ability to build rapport with students and parents, engage in the school community and support, both in word and deed, the Catholic mission of Saint Benedict Academy.Saint Benedict Academy is a joyful preschool-grade 6 Catholic school where Christ is placed firmly at the heart of all that we do. Following the charism of Saint Benedict we strive to build a community of learners who are growing closer to Christ daily both spiritually and intellectually.
While a teaching certificate is highly desired, alternative certification options are available through the Cabrini Institute, Diocese of Manchester for non-certified individuals.
All individuals who work with students will be required to complete Safe Haven Online Training as well as a criminal background check. Interested applicants must complete a Diocesan Teacher Application and forward it along with a letter of interest that discusses your desire to work in a Catholic elementary school where Catholic identity is paramount and resume to:
