Job Description

General Function: This position plays a large role in the day-to-day operation of Camp Gray through answering phone calls, emails, and organizing many of the administrative operations of the organization. Clear, prompt communication with staff and families and timely work in administrative activities greatly advances in the mission of Camp Gray: To Know Christ and Make Him Known.

Principal Activities:
-Providing a welcoming presence to all those who call, email, or come to the Camp Gray office
-Responsible for answering incoming phone calls and monitoring voicemail
-Manage the general email inbox with answers to inquiries or forward to proper staff members
-Prepare all contracts for facilitated retreats and rental groups that utilize Camp Gray during the school year
-Manage data entry into Quickbooks for all invoices, checks, and credit card usage
-Charged with the preparation bank deposits and paying invoices in a timely manner
-Work with camper families who need assistance in Camp's registration system
-Responsible for preparing summer camp reports and rosters for use by other full-time and seasonal staff members
-Assist in the organization of campers and communication with camper families prior to their time at Camp Gray
-Willingness to work Sunday afternoons during Summer Camp programming
-Take part in preparation of Camp's facilities for guest groups prior to their arrival

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree Preferred
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Practicing Catholic with a strong personal faith
