Position Overview
The Finance Manager is responsible for the overall financial stewardship of the parish, ensuring all accounting procedures comply with Archdiocesan guidelines, legal standards, and Church teachings.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present accurate monthly and annual financial
statements.
Payroll & Benefits: Process and oversee payroll, timekeeping, and employee benefits administration.
Employee Management: Manage and coordinate office/administrative staff when
necessary.
Collaboration: Work directly with parish leadership and the Archdiocese of Santa
Fe Finance team.
Qualifications

Faith Requirements: Practicing Catholic in good standing.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial statement analysis, payroll oversight, and employee management.
Skills: High attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and strong communication skills.
