Summary
Lourdes Academy of Oshkosh Catholic School System seeks a full time Campus Minister beginning with the 2025/2026 school year. The school is committed to providing a traditional education in a faith filled environment.

The mission of the Campus Minister is to build and nurture the Catholic faith within the entire Lourdes Academy school system's faith community. The Campus Minister will make the components of campus ministry - worship, service, justice and leadership - part of the total school system experience and will provide pastoral care to students. Working closely with the principals, associate principal, religion instructors, and priest chaplain s/he will nurture the spiritual and religious life of the school system as well as individual students and staff. The work will allow Lourdes Academy to have a robust, welcoming, and dynamic student culture that is reflective of the school's Catholic identity and its commitment to serve students of all faiths.

Applicant must:
The Campus Minister is a fully initiated, active and committed member of the Catholic Church, in good standing, who nourishes his/her faith through ongoing spiritual formation & prayer, and publicly adheres to Church teachings.
BA in Theology or Religious Studies required, or equivalent experience
Certification in Youth Ministry from an accredited college or from a Catholic Diocese, or youth ministry experience preferred
Strong organizational and relational skills, maturity and morals
Commitment to the highest standards of customer service
Ability and willingness to work effectively with others to promote teamwork and the values of Lourdes Academy
A commitment to Lourdes Academy's mission, L.A.W., and its Catholic values are a must.

All positions are contingent upon the successful completion of diocesan background check and VIRTUS Safe Environment Awareness training attendance.
