PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGERCross Catholic Outreach is a Catholic ministry with an ecumenical staff of Catholic, Protestant, and Eastern Orthodox believers working in unity to provide food, water, housing, education, orphan support, medical care, micro-enterprise, and disaster relief and the love of our Lord Jesus Christ to the poorest of the poor in more than 30 countries around the world. Position Title: Product Development Manager

Reports to: Nola Boea, Sr. Director of Strategy Operations
Position Summary:
Cross Catholic Outreach (CCO) is entering an exciting phase of growth and transition. Now among the nation's top 50 nonprofit organizations and celebrating nearly 25 years of operation, the ministry requires intentional focus on innovation and entrepreneurship to advance organizational strategy. In the highly collaborative environment of a newly established Innovation Lab, the Product Development Manager spearheads the research, development, and piloting of new initiatives, including:
• Donor acquisition programs
• Brand awareness & engagement programs
• International relief & development innovations
• Corporate capacity investment offerings
• Innovative packaging of existing and new programs
Educational or Certification Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
• Project Management Certification is a plus
Experience Requirements:
• 5+ years in product development and go-to-market planning
• Experience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit, ROI)
• Nonprofit experience is a plus
Knowledge, Skills, & Character Required:
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with complex concepts
• Strong project, process, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High-level interpersonal, leadership,p and team-building skills
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Patient and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize and multitask when required
• Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting procedures
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficient in at least one common project management tool/platform
• Commitment to the ideals of Catholic Social Teachings and Integral Human Development - providing aid and support spiritually as well as materially
• Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ; maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of the ministry.
• Feels a calling to serve God through serving Cross Catholic Outreach in this capacity.
• Believes in and supports the mission and ministry of Cross Catholic Outreach, and agrees with the conduct policies and conduct expectations of Cross Catholic Outreach.
Duties:
• Innovation - Create business plans, develop, launch, and pilot:
o Innovative products/programs to acquire and engage new donors
o Innovative ways to package and present our inventory of humanitarian programs for donor funding
o Innovative ways to package and present infrastructure investment offerings for donor funding
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders from a variety of departments.
o Coalesce key timelines across multiple departments to coordinate product development inputs and activities.
o Lead a cross-functional committee of stakeholders that comprises a microcosm of the organization, for input, institutional knowledge, and operational assistance.
