Job Description
Magnolia Prep is hiring a part-time secretary for its Maitland office.Magnolia Prep provides private tutoring and group classes for the SAT and ACT in Orlando, Tallahassee, and Baton Rouge. Magnolia Prep is a Catholic company where Christ is King.
Position Highlights:
• $23 per hour + 401(k)
• 20-25 hours per week over 4-5 days
• Flexible schedule
• Primarily in-office position (167 Lookout Place, Suite 205, Maitland, FL 32751)
• Training provided; no experience required
• Small, friendly, professional office with a quiet work environment

• All employees complete a paid company reading program built around three pillars: education, business & personal finance, and Catholicism
Responsibilities include:
• Explaining our SAT/ACT prep services to prospective clients by phone, answering questions, and following up with them
• Scheduling and calendar management
• Customer service and answering email
• Basic bookkeeping and budgeting
• Assisting the owner with correspondence, follow-up, and administrative tasks
• Keeping track of administrative details and ensuring tasks are completed and followed up on
• Collecting student score data and Google reviews
• Miscellaneous projects and tasks to organize and improve the business
The ideal candidate is friendly, well-spoken, well put-together, organized, reliable and punctual, comfortable working in a Catholic environment, and has a 1200+ SAT or 25+ ACT score.
