Job Description
Minister of Life-long FormationThe Catholic Parishes of Defiance, St. John the Evangelist and St. Mary, are seeking a qualified individual to serve as the Minister of Life-long Formation. This full-time staff position is responsible for assisting in the coordination of the OCIA process, leading and directing the Second Hour program, and creating and encouraging an environment of life-long learning and experience in discipleship of Jesus Christ. The applicant must be willing to work as part of a ministry team, have a love for the Catholic faith, and a passion for religious education. Interested applicants should have sufficient experience in leadership and parish ministry. Appropriate educational background and teaching experience is required.
