Director of Partnerships (Client Managment)

Job Description

MyCatholicWill.com and MyLegacyWill.com give charities a free, simple way for their donors to create a will - and, when they choose, to leave a gift back to the causes they love. MyCatholicWill serves the Catholic community; MyLegacyWill serves a broader, non-denominational audience. With 250+ partner organizations, our partners are the engine of the mission - and the Director of Partnerships owns their success across both brands from the moment the agreement is signed.

What You'll Do

• Own the partner relationship lifecycle - from onboarding through long-term retention, you're each partner's primary contact and trusted advisor.
• Take responsibility for the numbers - define what success looks like for each partner and drive platform adoption, donor engagement, and retention.
• Proactively spot pain points (low adoption, stalled campaigns, unclear donor messaging) before they become churn risks.
• Build and execute account plans with clear goals, concrete tactics, and milestones to measure progress.
• Deliver training and support, and turn usage data into action - not just reporting what happened, but recommending what's next.
• Be the voice of the partner internally, bringing structured feedback to leadership and product.
• Keep meticulous records across the portfolio and hit monthly and quarterly retention and growth targets.

Who You Are

• Passionately Catholic with experience in account management, client success, partnerships, or client marketing - nonprofit or faith-based experience a plus.
• A self-starter who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and acts without being told.
• Highly organized - able to manage many relationships at once without dropping the ball.
• An excellent communicator who builds rapport and trust.
• Comfortable representing both a faith-centered brand (MyCatholicWill) and a non-denominational one (MyLegacyWill); familiarity with the Catholic community is a plus.
• Comfortable with marketing channels (digital, social, email, print) and a CRM; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The Details

• Location: Full-time, remote, must be a resident of Florida or Pennsylvania
• Compensation: $45,000-$50,000 base salary, plus yearly increases tied to partner retention and growth.
