Job Description
St. Mary Elementary Pre K-6 Grade School in Shelby Ohio is seeking a Principal-Minister beginning with the 2025-2026 academic year. The Elementary School Principal-Minister serves as the educational and spiritual leader of the school community. The Principal-Minister will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the school, advancing the mission of Catholic education and fostering a faith-filled environment of learning and growth. Candidates must be a practicing Roman Catholic in good standing, committed to Catholic Education, capable of providing spiritual leadership to the school community, and have previous education experience. Administrative experience is also preferred. Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree with a master's degree preferred.
