Roofsimple Sales Representative

At Roofsimple, we are about enriching peoples lives. We believe sales should be about helping people-never selling people something they don't need. Often we are able to help customers get their roof fully paid for by their homeowner's insurance. We are there to guide them through a confusing process, advocate for their best interests, and ensure they get a quality roof with best in class warranties.

If you've built skills in evangelization, fundraising, networking, or simply meeting and connecting with people, you already have the foundation for success here. We'll teach you the rest.

The Role:

Start with 2 weeks of hands-on training.
Learn to schedule and lead homeowner appointments.
Master a simple, consultative sales process that puts the customer first.
Flexible schedule, 35-40 hour work week.

Income Potential:

Commission based with paid training and a draw system.
Training phase: $3K-$6K/month
Professional phase: $6K-$20K/month (uncapped)
