Job Description
Domina Nostra Media is building a network of regional Catholic media platforms dedicated to informing and uniting local communities. We are seeking a talented and confident Advertising Account Executive to help drive growth on our regional platforms. This is envisioned as a part-time, commission-based role, offering flexible hours and the opportunity for extra income while working independently.ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work from a predefined list of leads with the goal of securing advertising sponsorships. You will begin with one platform, such as Central Coast Catholic, and may expand your portfolio as new regional platforms launch across California, New England, and beyond.
This role requires a strategic, relationship-driven approach. While some industries emphasize high-volume cold calling, our model prioritizes building quality, long-term partnerships that deliver sustained value for both sponsors and our audience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Engage with a defined list of prospective advertisers and sponsors
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with local businesses and organizations
• Present advertising and sponsorship opportunities tailored to client needs
• Close sales and achieve platform-specific goals
• Provide ongoing support to ensure sponsor satisfaction and renewals
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in advertising sales, account management, or media sales
• Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to take ownership of the platform and drive revenue growth without extensive training or supervision
• Familiarity with digital media, community engagement, or Catholic organizations is a plus
