Position Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Director to lead and execute our marketing and communications efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy, enhancing our brand presence, managing social media, overseeing website design and updates, and coordinating the ministry calendar. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with a passion for evangelization and a strong ability to engage with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Marketing Strategy & Branding:
o Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Regnum Christi Philadelphia's mission and goals.
o Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
o Analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies for effectiveness.
• Social Media Management & Content Creation:
o Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
o Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering community engagement.
o Create and manage digital campaigns to increase awareness and event participation.
• Website Design & Implementation:
o Oversee website updates, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing interface.
o Work with website management tools (such as WordPress) to keep content current.
o Optimize website for SEO and functionality.
• Event & Ministry Calendar Coordination:
o Maintain a comprehensive ministry event calendar.
o Collaborate with ministry leaders to promote upcoming events effectively.
o Assist in the creation of event materials, flyers, and promotional assets.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years experience in marketing, brand management, or digital communications, preferably in a faith-based organization.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
• Experience with website design and management (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar platforms).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for the Catholic faith and alignment with Regnum Christi's mission and values.
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with Catholic ministry operations and terminology.
• Experience in event promotion and coordination.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising.
