Job Description

Blessed Sacrament Church is seeking a dynamic and committed Catholic individual to serve as Coordinator of Liturgical Environment and Parish Events and to oversee Parish Communication.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating and maintaining a comprehensive calendar of liturgical, parish, school, and non-liturgical events.
Collaborating with church and facilities staff to ensure proper use of spaces and equipment.
Preparing and maintaining all liturgical items and decorations for Ordinary Time and each liturgical season.
Managing the storage, inventory, and upkeep of all church decorations and supplies.
Recruiting, training, coordinating, and supervising parish volunteers assisting with parish events and spaces.
Overseeing the operation of the parish kitchen and pantry.
Managing parish communication channels, including the parish website, weekly bulletin, and social media platforms.
Working with the parish office to ensure timely publication of announcements and updates.
The ideal candidate will be:
A practicing Catholic with a deep love for the faith and parish life.
Experienced in event coordination, communications, or a related administrative role.
A proven leader with strong organizational, technological, interpersonal, and detail-oriented skills.
