About Us

Many Parts Ministries is a growing, international Catholic apostolate that helps Catholics discover their God-given charisms and use them to serve the Church. We work with parishes, youth ministries, Catholic schools, dioceses, and Hispanic communities, giving them the tools to help every person in the pews know they have gifts from God and a place in the Body of Christ. Our team is mission-driven, Christ-centered, family-friendly, and rooted in Catholic teaching.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced salesperson to be our Program Consultant: the first conversation a client has with us. You'll talk with pastors, directors of religious education, youth ministers, principals, and diocesan leaders to understand what they need and help them find the program that fits. You'll work with leads who come to us and leads you find yourself, and you'll stay with each one until they're ready to begin.

You own every new client through its first purchase. At checkout, the client moves to our Account Manager, who walks with them from there. That keeps your work focused: listening well, recommending what fits, and following up faithfully.

This role is ideal for a proven salesperson who loves the Church. You know how to run a sales conversation, build a pipeline, and invite someone to make a decision. We'll train you in our programs, our sales process, and charism discernment.

You'll work 10-15 hours per week as part of a tight-knit, international team. The role is fully remote, with the flexibility to fit around family life and other commitments.

Responsibilities

Take sales calls with parishes, youth ministries, Catholic schools, dioceses, and Hispanic ministry leaders.
Work warm leads: people who took one of our quizzes, used a program calculator, booked a call, or met us at an event.
Find new leads: reach out to parishes, schools, and dioceses who haven't heard of us yet, and build relationships with ministry leaders over time.
Listen for the main need. Most clients come to us with one central concern, like volunteer involvement, programming to fill, a discipleship pathway, or a budget question. You'll find it, then recommend the program that answers it.
Help clients plan around their budgets and calendars, including next year's budget cycle and the pastor's approval.
Follow up using our system. After each call, you'll start one of our ready-made follow-up email sequences, personalize it, and send it from your own inbox. Every email in the sequence comes with a resource to share.
Keep your records current in ClickUp, so every lead and conversation is tracked and your commission is credited correctly.
Hand each new client to our Account Manager at checkout, with the notes they need to get started.
Join the busy seasons. Parish, youth, school, and diocesan buying all peak between February and May, with smaller seasons in the summer and late fall.
Participate in weekly team meetings, training, and ongoing formation.
Qualifications

Practicing Catholic with a strong understanding of Catholic teaching and a firm belief that every person has gifts from God to share.
Proven sales or business development experience, with results you can describe: deals closed, accounts grown, a pipeline you built.
Comfort asking for a decision. You can invite someone to take the next step warmly and clearly, and you can hear "not right now" without taking it personally.
A listener's instinct. You ask questions before you recommend anything, and you never pressure.
Honesty about what you don't know. When a client asks something you can't answer yet, you find out and get back to them.
Organization and follow-through. You can manage many conversations at once and keep track of who needs what next.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Fluent, professional written and spoken English.
Preferred but not required: fluent Spanish, strong enough to lead a sales call and write professional emails. Many of our clients are Hispanic parishes and ministries.
Helpful but not required: parish or youth ministry experience, experience selling to churches, schools, or nonprofits, or familiarity with charisms.
Pay

Hourly base pay.
10% commission on every new client's first purchase, plus anything that client buys in the 14 days after it, since a first order sometimes comes in pieces.
Your leads stay yours. If a client takes a year to decide, the sale is still yours when they buy.
Commission is paid on the 1st and 15th of each month.
What We Offer

A mission-driven, Christ-centered work environment rooted in Catholic teaching.
A flexible remote schedule that respects family life.
Training in our programs, our sales process, and charism discernment.
A ready-made follow-up system, so you never start an email from a blank page.
The chance to help parishes, schools, and dioceses form disciples who know their gifts and use them.
If you love the Church, enjoy helping ministry leaders find what they need, and want your work to help every Catholic discover their gifts, we'd love to hear from you.
