• Curriculum Oversight: Select and approve doctrinally sound faith formation and sacramental preparation curricula in alignment with the Magisterium.
• Outreach & Media: Develop relational outreach for inactive Catholics and the unchurched, ensuring an inviting, evangelical tone across all parish communications.

3. Administration
• Staff Supervision: Lead, mentor, and conduct performance evaluations for the evangelization and faith formation staff.
• Data-Driven Evaluation: Conduct program assessments to measure the conversion and retention efficacy of parish offerings.
• Compliance & Safety: Oversee compliance and record-keeping in accordance with SafeParish protocols and all relevant policies, procedures, and decrees.
• Budgeting: Collaborate with finance leadership to build and responsibly manage the annual evangelization budget.

• Ministry Experience: 7+ years of professional experience mentoring, accompanying, and guiding individuals through spiritual discipleship.
• Supervisory Experience: 7+ years of direct experience managing full-time ministerial staff, budget design, and large-scale project execution.
