Job Description
Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic School is seeking a dedicated and caring Part-Time Aftercare Director for the 2026-2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for students at the end of each school day.The ideal candidate will oversee the daily aftercare program, ensuring students are supervised, supported with homework, and provided with meaningful opportunities for play and enrichment. Responsibilities include managing student attendance and dismissal, coordinating activities, and fostering a positive, structured atmosphere that reflects our school's values.
We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working with children, while helping to create a calm, fun, and faith-filled environment for all students.
