Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate teacher who has experience teaching English, Composition, Literature, and History to Elementary students. Teachers with a secondary focus in Science and/or Math are preferred. Your expertise will help foster a vibrant environment where students gain fluency in subject matter and confidence in writing and communication. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a new endeavor that offers in-person and online, home-educated students the very best quality academic options.

Duties:
Teachers should deliver engaging and interactive classes, utilize and update our Learning Management System to facilitate coursework schedules, student feedback, and grades, provide personalized feedback on student assignments and assessments, and communicate effectively and promptly with parents regarding student growth.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Early Education, or a related field; Graduate degree preferred.
Proven classroom experience teaching elementary-aged students.
Strong writing skills with the ability to teach writing techniques.
Familiarity with LMS course management.
Knowledge of learning technology tools that enhance classroom engagement.
Excellent communication skills paired with strong organizational abilities to manage classroom activities and student progress.
Experience or familiarity with homeschooling and home-educated students is preferred.
The ideal candidate will be a practicing Catholic and will be required to undergo a background check and safe environment training.
