Company: 4 Marks Printing (Part of Catholic Concepts)
Location: Indianapolis, IN (In-Person)
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday-Friday)
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience

About Us
4 Marks Printing is a custom apparel company serving Catholic schools, parishes, ministries, and organizations across the country. As part of Catholic Concepts, our mission is to create high-quality products that support evangelization and help our clients share their message.

We move fast, care deeply about our work, and operate with a strong commitment to joy, excellence, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.

About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented employee to support our sales team, online store setup, and internal project management efforts.

This is a hands-on, in-person role where you'll play an important part in keeping customer orders moving efficiently and accurately. You'll coordinate information across departments, assist with design and online store setup, prepare quotes, and help ensure every project is production-ready before it reaches the shop floor.

If you enjoy balancing creativity with organization, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to meet you.

Your responsibilities will include:

Online Store Management
-Build and maintain client online stores
-Upload products, pricing, descriptions, images, and inventory
-Ensure stores are accurate, organized, and ready for launch

Project Coordination & Workflow Management
-Manage projects from sale through production and shipping
-Verify artwork, quantities, sizing, approvals, and production details
-Monitor production timelines and proactively identify potential delays
-Update Printavo, Shopify, and internal systems to maintain accurate project status
-Coordinate with sales, design, customer service, and production teams to keep projects on schedule
-Communicate project updates and resolve issues before they impact delivery

Graphic Design & Production Support
-Create apparel mockups and product visuals
-Assist with light graphic design and file preparation
-Maintain production-ready artwork files

Sales Support
-Prepare quotes for custom apparel, promotional products, signage, and print materials
-Assist Account Managers with customer requests and project information
-Help ensure estimates are accurate and complete

General Operations Support
-Assist with operational projects and process improvements
-Help maintain organization across multiple active jobs
-Support additional team initiatives as business needs evolve

What We're Looking For
-Exceptional organization and attention to detail
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Strong follow-through and ownership of responsibilities
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
-Positive attitude and collaborative mindset
-Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software
-Experience with Shopify, Printavo, or project management software is a plus
-Experience in graphic design, project coordination, customer service, apparel decoration, or related fields is preferred

What Success Looks Like
Within your first several months, you will:
-Confidently manage projects from order entry through production
-Build and maintain online stores independently
-Prepare accurate quotes with minimal supervision
-Keep project information organized and up to date
-Identify missing information before it impacts production
-Build strong working relationships across departments
-Become a trusted resource for keeping projects on schedule and customers happy
-Contribute ideas that improve efficiency and strengthen our processes

What It's Like to Work With Us
-Fast-paced, collaborative work environment
-Meaningful work serving Catholic organizations across the country
-Opportunities to grow professionally and take on additional responsibility
-Cross-functional exposure to sales, operations, production, design, and e-commerce
-A mission-driven company committed to joy, excellence, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
