Job Description
The Provincial Council of the School Sisters of Notre Dame is seeking a Database Coordinator to support the Atlantic-Midwest Province. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week).Position Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate personnel database records for Sisters within the Atlantic-Midwest Province of the School Sisters of Notre Dame.
• Learn and support various aspects of the database system, including updates and enhancements.
• Stay current with new versions and applications of Microsoft Office and related Microsoft technologies.
• Maintain cemetery records, including information on Sisters interred at each location.
• Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of all data and records.
Qualifications
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
• Willingness to learn and work in accordance with the spirit and mission of SSND.
• Previous experience in database administration or related work required.
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Technology, Database Management, or a related field preferred.
