Saint Joseph the Worker Parish is seeking an experienced and mission-focused Director of Operations to provide leadership and oversight across all administrative, financial, personnel, and facilities functions of the parish. Reporting directly to the Pastor and serving as a key member of the Parish Leadership Team, the Director of Operations ensures that the parish's operational infrastructure effectively supports its ministries, long-term strategic vision, and mission. Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong leadership experience in finance or operations, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to guide staff and volunteers in a mission-driven environment.
