Regional CDL-A Truck Driver - $0.45 Per Mile + Bonuses
$900 weekly minimum, paid weekly
Scheduled pay increases based on tenure, performance, and safety. .

We're hiring a regional CDL-A driver for power-only work with loadout trailers, currently operating in Arizona, California, Nevada, and Oregon, with plans to expand into the 11 Western states.
PAY, EQUIPMENT & SUPPORT
$0.45 per mile, plus bonuses.
Two to three weeks on the road, followed by three to four days of home time.
Well-maintained, late-model equipment.
A dedicated driver manager.
A roadside assistance support team.
Direct, personal communication with a small company that values its drivers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely operate a tractor and haul loadout trailers throughout our operating region.
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and promptly report equipment concerns.
Meet pickup and delivery appointments and communicate delays.
Maintain accurate logs and follow hours-of-service requirements.
Handle freight paperwork and represent Mission West professionally with customers.
DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
Valid Class A CDL, held for at least three years.
At least one year of truck driving experience within the past three years.
No major accidents within the past three years.
No more than two minor accidents within the past three years.
No felony convictions.
Willingness to stay out two to three weeks at a time.
A dependable, safety-focused approach and strong communication skills.
