Administrative Assistant to the Head of School

Holy Family Academy (Grades 7-12, Manchester, New Hampshire) seeks an Administrative Assistant to the Head of School. First and foremost, candidates should be practicing Catholics who embrace the Catholic identity and mission of the Academy (see www.holyfamilyacademy.org).

The Administrative Assistant to the Head of School manages the school office, and, as a member of the Leadership Team, is involved with planning the myriad activities in the daily life of a school inhabited by 120 teenagers. This position also includes acting as Registrar and school liaison with several external agencies.

Skills and qualities:

- Enjoys interacting with a wide variety of young people and adults
- Good organizer and clear communicator
- Respects discretion and confidentiality
- Basic competence with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Even keeled
- Detail oriented
- Willing to take the Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church
