35 hours/week, hourly rate starting at $28, with flexibility for weekend and evening events, reporting to the Director of Faith Formation. All diocesan benefits and retirement plans applied.

As Coordinator of Youth Ministry, this person will be responsible for the planning and execution of two parish-based youth activities monthly to start (one for middle school students, and one for high school students), with the expectation that these will increase as the program grows.

As Administrative Assistant to the Director of Faith Formation, this person principally will provide clerical support to the Director of Faith Formation. Other duties include sacramental recording, preparing sacramental certificates, translating materials into Spanish, and assisting with the recruitment of volunteers for youth ministry and catechesis.

All candidates must be actively practicing Catholics who are fluently bilingual in spoken and written English and Spanish. If candidates are not yet compliant with the Diocese of Arlington's requirements for child protection, this must be done before the first day of employment.
