Help inspire the next generation of Catholic priests!

Vianney Vocations is seeking a talented marketing professional to lead the promotion of vocation events across the country, from discernment retreats to summer camps.

This role is ideal for a talented graphic designer who also has strong writing ability, digital marketing expertise, and a passion for serving the Church. You will oversee promotional strategy and execution for more than 50 events annually, working closely with dioceses and vocation directors nationwide.

What You Will Do
Working within our team, you will take ownership of event promotion from concept to completion, ensuring each event reaches the right audience and achieves high participation.

Core Responsibilities
• Lead marketing strategy and execution for 50+ vocation events annually
• Collaborate with clients (Vocation Directors and diocesan teams) to plan and promote events
• Write compelling copy for websites, emails, text campaigns, social media, and print
• Design graphics, social media posts, flyers, etc. to promote events.
• Create and manage event pages, registration forms, and promotional funnels
• Manage and segment contact lists for targeted outreach
• Design and deploy email and SMS campaigns
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables across multiple projects
• Track performance and suggest improvements for future campaigns
• Contribute creative ideas for increasing participation and engagement

• Communicates clearly and persuasively in writing (Especially event descriptions, short pieces, headlines, captions, etc.)
• Enjoys collaborating with clients and guiding projects to completion
• Works well independently while staying aligned with team goals
• Brings a positive, professional presence to client relationships

Preferred Qualifications
Top candidates will demonstrate many of the following:
• Excellent portfolio of beautiful work
• Proven experience promoting events or campaigns
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Digital marketing experience (email, web, social, SMS)
• Project management experience across multiple simultaneous initiatives
• Basic graphic design skills
• Comfort learning new platforms (WordPress, email systems, CRM tools, etc.)
• Understanding of the Catholic Church and vocation ministry
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant work
• Strong professional references
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
