Job Description

Large suburban parish with 500 student Pre K-8 school seeks Director of Music Ministry. Responsibilities: organize/oversee music for multiple masses and other worship, develop choirs, utilize contemporary praise and worship music as well as traditional church music; supervise and train musicians and cantors. (Complete job description available upon request.) Weekend liturgies, school masses, sacramental celebrations, adult and children's choir rehearsals, and accompaniment. Qualifications: Music degree, proficiency in piano/organ and choral conducting, and previous experience. Knowledgeable in Catholic music/liturgy. Full-time salary with benefits.
