Job Description
Relationship Manager IIThe Catholic Foundation for the Diocese of Green Bay Inc. currently has a full-time opening for a Relationship Manager II in our Green Bay Office.
Through the culture and values of the Catholic Foundation for the Diocese of Green Bay, Inc. and the Diocese of Green Bay, this position will build and maintain the relationships necessary for growing major gifts, annual giving, and with a focus on planned gifts. This Relationship Manager position is also responsible for drafting agreements through consultation with both internal and external stakeholders, managing estate gift administration and supporting the Executive Director in managing the Governance aspects of the Catholic Foundation. The position reports to the Executive Director of the Catholic Foundation and is part of the relationship team.
We would like to see someone with a bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, accounting, law or related field of study. A Doctor of Jurisprudence degree is beneficial. We would also like to see someone with two to five years of experience working with nonprofit organizations to help achieve fundraising goals in planned giving and major gifts. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge in planned giving, estate planning, tax law, professional advising, and charitable giving, strong project management skills, have the drive to make a difference and be goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve or exceed goals and meet deadlines. Must have a drivers license and be a practicing Catholic in good standing with ethical standards, personal integrity and conduct consistent with the morals and teachings of the Catholic Church.
