Director of Missionary Discipleship

Job Description

St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Mount Horeb, WI is a newly formed parish of 700 families comprising the rural and suburban elements of three previous parishes in need of a Director of Missionary Discipleship. The Director of Missionary Discipleship will work directly with the Pastor to help form disciples of Jesus Christ within the parish community and invite into the Church those on the margins of the faith community. The successful candidate will lead with prayer, empowered with the Holy Spirit to seek the lost in the community, while equipping fellow parishioners to do the same. The successful candidate will discern, select, and oversee any such, programs, tools, and events that will facilitate growth in discipleship. Parish housing is available along with competitive wage and benefits. The full time candidate would earn $25K-$53K plus housing if that is needed. This position could be full-time or part-time with the right candidate, with full-time work including the OCIA and adult confirmation processes. We are looking for a leader who is hungry to share the Gospel in a missionary territory and looking to grow with us in building up the Kingdom of God.
