Donor Relations Manager

Job Description

Make a difference in the lives of women facing unplanned pregnancies and mothers navigating early childhood. The Legacy of Life Foundation is a faith-based nonprofit rooted in Catholic theology that provides life-affirming care and support. This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of key donors. The Donor Relations Manager cultivates relationships with major donors, expands the donor base, and secures significant financial gifts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and cultivate major donor relationships
- Network to increase the number of donors
- Meet or exceed major gift financial goals
- Expand donor base and secure major gifts

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in major gift fundraising and donor relations with a track record of successful fundraising results
- 1-3 years of general development and/or nonprofit experience
- Strong ability to form and maintain relationships
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- High sense of accountability and self-awareness

Position Details:
- Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 annually
- Work Location: Warminster, PA (In-Person)
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:55 am - 5:00 pm with limited evenings and weekends (as needed)
