Position Reports to: Dean for Personal Vocation
Department: Office for Personal Vocation
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; some evenings and weekends required.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrative and Assessment Coordinator for Personal Vocation provides administrative and other services for the Office for Personal Vocation, and supports the various Personal Vocation departments in assessing outcomes and effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. In this way the Coordinator advances Franciscan University's institutional-wide efforts to promote a culture where students, staff, and faculty discern and live out their personal vocations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist the Dean for Personal Vocation, the Director of Programming and Coaching, and other Personal Vocation staff in the design and implementation of assessment instruments and data collection for Personal Vocation initiatives and events; analyze data; create reports and presentations.
• Provide administrative support to the Dean for Personal Vocation and other Personal Vocation staff with general office tasks. Greet and assist visitors to the Office for Personal Vocation.
• Coordinate the New Alumni Survey; collaborate with staff, students, and faculty to promote the survey, gather, and analyze data on alumni first destination, and create reports.
• Assist with planning, promotion, registration, and/or logistics for Personal Vocation and Career Services events including but not limited to Personal Vocation Month, Baron Days, Career Fairs, Student Employment Fair, Religious Vocations Day, Orientation and Graduation events.
• Provide coaching to students related to personal vocation and/or career and internship exploration and preparation.
• Other assigned duties that advance the goals of Franciscan University and the Office for Personal Vocation.

REQUIREMENTS
Must understand, support, and embrace the mission of Franciscan University of Steubenville and possess the following:

Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Office 365 applications, especially Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and Forms.
• Experience in creating and implementing surveys and other assessment instruments.

Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1-3 years experience working a collaborative, fluid office environment.
• 1-3 years experience in assessment, data analyt8ics, or related work preferred.
• 1-3 years experience working with high school students or young adults.
Workplace Factors
• Some evenings and weekends required.
