Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Enrollment Operations Specialist will ensure effective and efficient processes and procedures related to graduate and undergraduate prospective student application processing and communication flow, as well as manage the day-to-day processes related to prospective student file management. They will also assist the Operations Lead with running error reports and integration management, and student stage changes within the CRM. This role will also assist the Enrollment Operations Manager with logistics across all enrollment departments.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Use the CRM software (Slate) to direct day-to-day activities and make all necessary updates to student information accurately and timely. Included, but not limited to prepare, reviewing, and entering applicant data from online applications and supporting document portals.

2. Assist admissions counselors with screening of applications, including document review and enrollment eligibility. Manage and review completed application files by completing the review sheet, adding merit scholarships, and releasing decisions.

3. Oversee the processing of transcripts, test scores, and other supporting documents, and administer portals to retrieve necessary materials.

4. Assist with other areas of enrollment operations, including reporting, office inventory, ordering supplies and planning and assisting with enrollment division events.

5. Consolidate records in the CRM, by identifying and merging duplicates, ensuring proper data integrity.

6. Manage the flow of mail through enrollment and filing of all correspondence to be both timely and accurate.

Education

• Associates degree (preferred), or equivalent experience

Technical Skills

• Computer skills related to the use of software in managing day-to-day activities and inputting data as well as fixing data when it has been identified as incorrect.

• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite specific to Word and Excel.

• Advanced keyboarding skills; fast and accurate data entry.

Workplace Factors

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and bend-reach to put away marketing collateral and files, as necessary.
