Job Description

Corbella Seeks a Dynamic Individual to Join the Development Team

We seek candidates who passionately want to use their professional talents and personal skills to build a culture that protects pre-born children, supports pregnant mothers, and advocates for strong families.

The Development Associate assists the Development Director and Executive Director with fundraising and donor communication activities: maintaining and growing relationships with new and existing donors, providing clinic tours and updates, educating supporters about Corbella's mission and impact, appealing for support and expressing gratitude. The Development Associate coordinates fundraising activities or events such as open houses and assists with donor marketing and communication including newsletters, e-blasts, website content, social media, brochures, and testimonial videos, etc. The Development Director will provide training and guidance.

Candidates must be passionately pro-life and have a strong commitment to the Christian faith in belief and in practice in daily life.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

At least 2 years of fundraising/donor development and donor communication experience is preferred. Other applicable experiences may be considered.

Excellent verbal, presentation and relational skills; proficient writing skills; sound time-management practices; a high degree of professionalism with internal and external audiences.

Ability to write in creative, descriptive, technical and factual manner is required.

Experience working with foundations and writing grants is helpful but not required.

Candidates must be self-motivated, goal-oriented and be able to communicate in a compassionate and professional manner.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 28 per week (negotiable)

Compensation:
Wage commensurate with experience ($24-$27 per hour)
